A Chicken kebab is made for the nawabs of India. Usually the spice mix contains 100+ spices.To make our recipe more useful and quick we use the homemade version of spice mix. The ratio of spice balances the recipe. As per our recipe the kebabs turns out to be both juicy and fragrant. The coal smoke helps to fragrant the kebabs.
Recipe:
Chicken keema: 400 gm
kebab mosla: 15 gm
bhaja mosla: 10 gm
roasted coriander: 10 gm
red chili powder: 5 gm
salt: 10 gm
