This Simple Banana bread is made with just a handful of ingredients,loaded with banana flavor and perfectly sweet. Homemade banana bread always turns out good and best served for breakfast or afternoon tea.

Dry Ingredients
Whole wheat flour – 1 3/4 cups
Cinnamon – 1 tsp
Baking powder – 1.5 tsp
Baking soda – 1 tsp
Salt – 1/4 tsp
Raisins – 1/2 cup

Wet Ingredients
Banana – 4
Sugar/Honey – 1/4-1/2 cup
Coconut Oil – 1/2 cup
Vanilla extract – 1/2 tsp

Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F or 180°C.
2. Line an 9×5 inch loaf pan with parchment paper and brush with Oil.
3. Add four medium ripe bananas to a bowl. Add Sugar and mix it well with the Hand mixer or Fork. Add Coconut Oil and Vanilla extract, mix and keep it aside.
4. Take whole wheat flour in a bowl and add cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
5. Sieve dry ingredients to the banana mixture and mix it well.
6. Add Raisins or nuts of your choice and mix everything together.
7. Pour the batter into the loaf pan and bake for 45-55 minutes. Check if the inserted tooth pick comes out clean. Let it cool for sometime before slicing.
8. Enjoy it for breakfast or afternoon tea.
