Gluten Free Protein Pancakes
– 25g Rolled Organic Oats
– 1 scoop protein vanilla
– 1 egg large
– teaspoon chia seeds
– toppings – drizzle honey to sweeten, almond butter, fruit and nuts
– Blends oats to make a flour, add protein into blender with the oats, add egg and blend. Shake and blend till mixed consistently. Add chia seeds for extra goodness anti oxidants!
– add half the mixture (one pancake) to the preheated pan on medium heat. Cook each side until golden brown. Add the toppings to garnish! Honey to sweeten. Enjoy!
