Veg Masala Cheese Toast Sandwich is a easy and quick recipe. Famous on Mumbai Streets. It is a healthy breakfast and evening snack recipe that you can try at home during the quarantine.

Ingredients for 3 servings:

6 bread slice white or brown
1 medium mashed boiled Potato
1 medium thinly sliced Onion
1 Green Chilli
1 medium finely chopped Tomato
1 medium finely chopped Capsicum
4-5 Spinach leaves
100 gram cheese
1/2 tsp Chilli Powder
1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
1/2 tsp Garam masala
1/2 tsp Corainder powder
1/4 tsp Black pepper powder
1/4 tsp Cumin (Jeera) Powder
1/2 pinch salt to taste
1 tsp Tomato ketchup
1 tsp Mayonnaise
2 teaspoon butter

How to make Veg Masala Cheese Toast Sandwich

1. Take mashed potato and all chopped mixed vegetables in a bowl and add cheese, chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, corainder powder, black pepper powder, cumin powder, salt, tomato ketchup and mayonnaise. Mix well.

2. Apply butter on both bread slice and spread tomato ketchup on one slice, mayonnaise and spinach on another slice. Then spread 2-3 tablespoons of mixed vegetables masala one slice and cover it with another bread slice.

3. Add little butter to a pan and toast the sandwich until it turns crisp on both the sides. Serve warm.
