This short segment shows how less is more with a 10 minute quick fix meal that can have more flavor than one would expect with a non traditional way of preparing Tuna (Albacore)

Cooking instructions of organic vegetables
Cover bottom pan with 1/3 cup of water let vegetables steam cook or (flash fry) on low to medium high flame with frequent turning for 1-3 minutes or desired performance.
Bread/wraps used – All Butter Croissants, soft tortillas, 6 multi-grain wraps and power green Spinach kale wraps
