Recipe :

Ingredients –

• Soaked Moong 250 gms / 1 bowl
• Rava half cup
• Coriander half cup
• 5-6 Green Chillies
• Ginger 1 inch
• Sugar 1 Tsp
• Salt as per taste

Preparation –

• Soak Moong Dal 250 gms / 1 bowl overnight
• Take all the ingredients in mixer jar
• Add half cup water
• Grind all the ingredients until you get a fine paste
• Add 4 spoons of shredded coconut
• Pre-Heat the pan and sprinkle some salt water
• Apply some oil on pan
• Spread the batter on pan in round shape as shown in vlog
• Enjoy the healthy moong dosa with coconut chutney or tomato ketchup
