Ingredients:
3 medium size potatoes (boiled and grated)
1 chilli finely chopped
1 tbsp chopped coriender
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp dhaniya jeera powder
Half tsp turmeric powder
1/4 tsp garam masala
Salt to taste
5-6 slices of bread
2 tbsp corn flour
1 tbsp maida
Oil to fry
To assemble toast:
Green chatney
Red chatney
Tamarind chatney
1 Onion chopped
1 tomato chopped
1 cup of chopped coriender
1 cup of sev.
Green chatney:
1 bunch of coriender
1 cup of mint leaves
2-3 green chillies
1 tbsp peanuts
1 big size lemon
Water
Salt to taste.
Put all these ingredients in a mixer jar and make smooth paste…. Now green chatney is done..
Red chatney:
8-10 garlic cloves
8-10 dry red chilles soaked in warm water/3 tbsp red chilli powder
1 tsp peanuts
1 tsp jeera
Salt to taste
Water.
Put all these ingredients in a mixer jar and blend… until it becomes a nice smooth paste…
Tamarind chatney:
1 cup of tamarind (soaked in warm water)
1 and half cup jaggery
Salt to taste .
Squeeze out the pulp from soaked tamarind . Now boil this pulp along with jaggery . after few minutes it will become thicker. Add salt to taste and chatney is ready to use.
