A broke and impatient student’s favourite healthy vegan and veggie meal and SHNACK ideas!!

I eat these a lot and love how quick I can whip them up, also they definitely fill a hole which is important for me cos I got a biiiiigggg appetite.

Also I’m a mostly vegetarian but I’m trying to incorporate more vegan means in my diet, so my weekly shop is more on the veggie side than vegan.

Here are the meal ingredients for ur enjoyment:

1) PORRIDGE
1 microwave porridge oats sachet
any non dairy milk u like
chia seeds
sunflower seeds
frozen fruit
can also add non frozen fruit and raisins which work greattt

2) TOASTED VEGGIE WRAPS
hummus
1 tomato sliced
spinach
chickpeas
any pasta/tomato sauce u like

3) GARLIC MUSHROOMS
1 onion
2 garlic cloves
tub of mushrooms
salt
knob of butter
1 tomato

4) FAKE CHICKEN AND CARROT FRIES
carrots
olive oil
salt, oregano, garlic granules, paprika, black pepper
gardein seven grain crispy tenders
