These Youghurt Bowls are so refreshing, so healthy and so yummy.. They are rich in fiber, antioxidants and vitamins ( all packed in one bowl) so good for your health. They are seriously energy boosters to kick start your day in the morning. Best for Breakfast, lunch, even best in sehri time in Ramadan. Provides with a lot of energy and also keep you light and fresh. Plus point is that they are extremely tasty and can be substituted with any of your favourite fruits and nuts..😋😋😋

For the recipe the ingredients are as follows

1) Classic Strawberries and banana Youghurt bowl

1/2 cup yoghurt
Some honey
2 tbsp mixed granola
1 tsp of chia seeds
Bananas, grapes and strawberries as much as you like

2) Perfect Tropical Youghurt Bowl

1/2 cup yoghurt
A drizzle of maple syrup
1 tsp of chia seeds
Some peanuts and raisins( Kishmish) as you like
Kiwi, mangoes and dates according to your preference

3) Fancy Youghurt Bowl

1/2 cup of Youghurt
1 tsp cocoa powder
Chocolate nuts
Almond flakes
Orange, pineapple and strawberries according to your preference
