These easy eggs cups are great to make with the kids and can be frozen to eat later on too ! The recipe is rough … use what you have on hand and can be made with or without milk and cheese .
Single batch ingredients:
10-12 eggs
1/4 cup milk ( optional )
1/4 cheese ( optional)
Roughly 1&1/2 cups of veggies
Season to taste : salt , pepper, garlic , and whatever flavors you like .
Mix well and pour in muffin pan
Place in 400 degree oven for about 10 mins .
Cool completely before you wrap them if you are planning on freezing .
