In todays video, we are talking about what snacks you can eat during your intermittent fasting eating window. Your eating window is a time period between your meals. After a while it will be easier to not snack during intermittent fasting. But it is okay to have a snack every now and then, or if you are first starting and feel like you can’t make it to your next meal. I follow the 16:8 plan 16 hours of fasting and an 8 hour eating window. I’ve been intermittent fasting for over a year now and this is what works best for me. My body has adjusted to intermittent fasting and I can now go long periods of time without being hungry. So if you are just starting make sure that you are listening to your body and what it needs.
