One of the healthy breakfast is besan ka chilla but what if we add palak in it it becomes more tasty and healthy , easy and quick breakfast that is stomach filling and even satisfying , can be served with tomato ketchup or chutney that you like .

Besan : 200 grm
Salt : 1/2 tsp according to taste
Onion : 1 medium size
Green Mirchi : 1
Garlic : 1-2
zeera : 1/2 tsp
dhaniya: 1/2 tsp
lal mirchi powder : 1/2 tsp
Oil : 1 tbsp
Water : to make paste
