Nankhatai

Nankhatai is Popular tea time snack in India, usually nankhatai prepare with all purpose flour but here I am going to share with u my mother’s recipe with use of Wheat flour healthy & crispy ‘Nankhatai ‘

Ingredients-
Take any bowl for measurement

2 cup wheat flour
1 cup suji/ semolina
1/2 cup Besan/Chickpeas fl
1 cup powdered sugar (add 1 or 2 tsp sugar more if u want more sweetness)
1 cup Ghee /clarified butter
1 tsp elaichi/cardamom powder
2-3 tsp almond powder
1 tsp charoli/chironji
1/4 tsp salt

It’s very easy recipe.

Take one big bowl add all flours , elaichi/cardamom powder, almond powder, salt, charoli/chironji, mix it nicely. Now add sugar & ghee, Mix till it become soft dough.

Preheat oven at 120° (350°f) now make small balls of dough and arrange in baking pan ( apply ghee or butter on baking pan) after preheating oven, put baking pan in oven for 10 to 12 minutes. After 10 minutes remove try from oven and let it cool down it. Crispy & tasty nankhatai are ready in 10 minutes, enjoy your nankhatai.
