Ingredients:
Oil for tofu frying
1 tbsp butter
1 small green bell pepper
1 small red bell pepper
3 tbsp mayo
3 tbsp oyster sauce
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 medium onion
1 red chili (sliced diagonally)
1 green chili (sliced diagonally)
2 tbsp water

6 Easy Steps
1. Dry tofu – put on paper towel to absorb water. Cut into cubes.
2. Fry tofu cubes until light/golden brown (set aside – put on paper towel to absorb oil)
3. On a sizzling plate sauté garlic, onion, and bell peppers on butter.
4. Add water, mayonnaise and oyster sauce
5. Add the tofu.
6. Serve hot.

Note: Make sure to prepare all ingredients before starting to cook.
