Welcome back to another video in my #fakeaway series.  Today I’m showing you how to make a Chinese style takeaway at home in less time than it would take to have one delivered and at a fraction of the calories and price!

My Buffett includes; a sweet and sour chicken, a chow mien, an egg fried rice and a side of roasted broccoli which is surprisingly delicious.  

This slimming world friendly meal isn’t the easiest to make as there is a lot going on at once but if you get prepared and get all your ingredients ready then you’ll be fine.
