After fasting for a whole day, make sure to eat healthy! In this video I want to show you three easy ideas you can try out: Easy Egg Pizza, Roasted Chickpea Tuna Salad and Overnight Chia-Oat-Pudding.

Easy Egg Pizza:
– 2 cups flour
– Baking powder
– Yogurt
– Eggs
– Salt
– Pepper
– Marinara / pizza sauce
Toppings I chose to put: cherry tomatoes, smoked salmon, feta cheese, argula leaves, olive oil.

Roasted Chickpea Tuna Salad:
– Canned Chickpeas
– Canned Tuna
– Olive oil
– Salt
– Pepper
– Paprika powder
– Garlic powder
– Cumin powder
– Red chilli flakes
– Dill
– Carrot
– Tomato
– Sesame seeds
– Sunflower seeds
– Lemon juice

Overnight Chia-Oat-Pudding:
– Oats
– Chia seeds
– Cinnamon powder
– Greek yougurt
– Coconut milk or any milk of your choice
– Date syrup
– Bananas, strawberries or fruits of your choice
– Sunflower seeds
