KUZHI PANIYARAM

RAW RICE – 500 gram

BOILED RICE – 125 gram

URAD DAL – 70 gram

FENUGREEK SEED – 1 tbsp

JAGGERY – 500 gram

Salt 

Oil/ghee

NOTE : 

         At least soak the rice for 6 – 7 hours

         Over night fermentation is must 

          Add jaggery in the next  morning just Before making a paniyaram
