This dish has a lot of good nutrition which acts as antioxidants, has anti-inflammatory properties, very good to boost your immunity, and is good for cholesterol and your heart as well. It takes less than 5 minutes to prepare and tastes like sorbet but is very healthy and essential for a balanced diet.
Ingredients needed:
¾ cup frozen blueberries, ¾ cup frozen blackberries, ¾ cup raspberries, 1 banana, ½ cup coconut milk, 2 teaspoon aronia powder (optional), coconut flakes, fresh strawberries, 1 teaspoon peanut butter (optional), mixed nuts
