What’s the best workout split? If you’re looking to lose fat, build muscle and stay healthy, your program needs to have a balance of Cardio and Strength Training. In this video, I share how to balance Cardio and Strength Training for maximum gains.

Not only is this optimal for building muscle and losing fat, but it also is great for active recovery. Combining cardio and weight training, also allows you to get some variety in your training and if you want to do cardio outdoors like I am, it’s also great for your mental health.
