The last Recipe I posted was a cheat day recipe :p
Which was indeed delicious and not all that indulgent fatty and really fun to make.
So it is only fair that I compensate it with a healthy recipe this time 😀
I’ve made this Risotto Recipe a lot while I was losing weight.
I’ve always valued a healthy and moderate lifestyle and eating habits, especially when losing weight (Trust me I’ve been through enough of my share in the weight-loss journey and made my fair share of mistakes).
So now that I’ve tried and tested almost every type of diet in the past, I’ve discovered that the best and most consistent way to watch your weight and not just for a short span, but for a long run, is to NOT suppress your food cravings and rather finding healthier alternatives and recipes to it and having A LOT of antioxidants.
IF YOUR BODY IS ALKALINE, YOU’LL NEVER GAIN WEIGHT.
Just a little bit of indulgence is allowed as long as you’re balancing it out with enough alkaline food and a lot of water intake.
