Hey everyone and welcome to a meal prep with me today I prepped a stress-free, easy, healthy meal. I prepped chicken thighs, green beans, golden potatoes. This is a typical meal prep for me and I only do it when I have time, stress-free.

Healthy tips:
-Pick foods that you will enjoy throughout the week, not just super healthy foods that you don’t enjoy because then you will not use them throughout the week. Choose vegetables that you enjoy eating.
-prep with a carb and protein (I add fat on top when I eat it to make it a complete meal).
-The reason why I don’t prep with a fat is because I like to use it as a pre-/post workout meal and I don’t like to have a high fat intake before or after I work out.
