Ingredients
For stuffing

Mustard seeds – 1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds – 1/2 tsp
urad dal – 1/2 tsp
Channa dal – 1/2 tsp
Green chillies – 2
chopped curry leaves
onion – 1
salt
Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
garam masla powder – 1 tsp
crushed ginger garlic – 2 tsp
potatoes – 3
chopped coriander leaves

For batter
besan flour /Gram flour – 1 cup
Rice flour – 1/4 tsp
salt
Kashmiri chilly powder – 1 tsp
hing – 1 tsp
Baking soda (Optional)
water

Mysore bonda :

Ingredients
Maida/All Purpose Flour – 1 cup
Rice flour – 1/4 cup
Baking soda – 1/2 tsp
salt
Green chilly – 1, chopped
chopped ginger – 1 tsp
cumin seeds/ jeera – 1 tsp
Chopped coriander leaves
Chopped curry leaves
Curd/ yogurt – 1 cup
water
Oil for deep frying

Egg bonda :

Eggs – 4
Besan flour / Gram flour – 1 cup
Rice Flour – 1/4 cup
Kashmiri Chilli Powder – 2 tsp
Garam masala powder – 1 tsp
Ajwain seeds / Omam – 1/2 tsp
salt
Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 tsp
Baking Soda – a pinch (OPTIONAL)
chopped coriander leaves – 1 tbsp
chopped green chillies – 1 tsp
Water as needed
Oil for frying

Red onions – 4 (medium)
Green Chillies – 3
Few Curry leaves
Coriander leaves
Minced ginger – 1 tsp
Required salt
Garam masala powder – 1 tsp
Kashmiri Chilly powder – 1 tbsp
Hing/Asafoetida – 1 tsp
Besan flour/Gram Flour – 1 ½ cup
Rice flour – ¼ cup
Baking soda – ½ tsp (OPTIONAL)
