This is a recipe for fried chicken that will be marinated with teriyaki sauce, sesame oil, and Japanese seven spice. We will cook it using an air fryer. Air fried chicken is a very healthy recipe that will have lower calories. The air fryer is amazing because it makes the chicken very crispy while retaining the juiciness.
Ingredients:
2 tbs sugar
2 tbs of japanese seven spice
3 tbs of sesame oil
10 tbs of teriyaki sauce
3.63lbs of chicken leg quarters
Steps:
1. Wash and clean chicken with cold water
2. Cut 4-6 slits in the chicken
3. Add all of the ingredients together and mix well
4. Marinate overnight for the best flavor! You can also marinate for a few hours.
5. Cook in air fryer on 400 degrees for 25 minutes
6. Serve with rice or sides of your choice!
