Mere is YouTube video me ap janage ki bread se kis tarah ek new type ka breakfast kaise banaye.
Ingredients:
1- 4 bread
2- 2 boiled aalu
3- thodi rai (musterd)
4- fresh dahi
5- Refined oil ya fhir ghee b le sakte h
6- 1/2 teaspoon jeera
7- 1/2 teaspoon haldi
8- 1 teaspoon dhaniya powder
9-1/2 teaspoon lal mirch powder
10- Kari patta
11- namak(salt)
12- bareek kati hari dhaniya
13- 1 bareek kati hari mirch
Hum lenge mess kiye hue aalu fhir kadai gram karke 2 teaspoon oil dal denge aur thoda kati hari mirch dalenge fhir thoda jeera dal denge isi trah thodi haldi aur dhaniya powder dalenge aur lal mirch powder dalenge ab acche se mila kar mess kiye hue aalu dal kar mix krenge aur ab namak swadanusar dalkar fry kar lenge aur hari dhaniya dalkar

Upar stuffing lga kar dusri bread se cover kar denge
Ab paien ko garam karke thoda oil Dalkar stuffing lgi hui bread ko medium aach me sek lenge .
Ab is par dahi lga lenge aur tadka taiyar krenge
Tadka Paien me oil dalkar rai(musterd) dal denge fhir thoda Kari ptta dalenge ab tadka ko bread par lga lenge .
Akhir me dhaiya se garnish kar denge
Lijiye apki bread li ban kar ready h.
