SABUDANA KHICHDI
Ingredients:

1 cup sabudana, washed and drained
2 tbsp oil
1 tsp cumin seeds
¾ cup boiled and peeled potatoes, cubed
Rock salt to taste
½ cup roasted peanuts, coarsely powdered
2 tsp green chilies, finely chopped
5 to 6 curry leaves
2 tsp lemon juice
2 tsp sugar

BAINGAN KATRI
Ingredients:

Eggplant
1 tsp Ghee
1-2 tsp Cumin Powder
1 tsp Chaat Masala
Salt to taste

SAKARAI PONGAL:
Ingredients:

Rice – ½ cup or even ¾ cup
Dal – ¼ cup
Water – 3 cups OR 6 cups
Jaggery – ¾ cup
Water – ¼ cup
Ghee – 2 tbsp
Cashews – 6-9
Raisins – 8-10
Cardamom powder – 1 Tsp
