This cookie recipe is super easy and healthy! It’s great if you have some bananas that are getting old, but you don’t feel like making banana bread again, or you don’t want to use flour or sugar.

You only need 4 ingredients:

2 bananas
2 eggs
Oatmeal (we didn’t measure, just dumped some in and added more until it was a good consistency, but maybe around 4 cups. We like to live on the edge like that.)
Raisins (or nuts, or chocolate chips, or chia seeds or nothing etc.)

Bake at 350 for 12 minutes.
