Night 1 Recipe:
Chicken breasts
2 Eggs
I cup Italian seasoned Panko breadcrumbs
1 Tbsp Paprika
1/2 Tsp Salt
1/4 Tsp Black pepper
1/2 Tsp Dill (optional)
Asparagus fresh or frozen
Olive Oil
2 Tbsp of parmesan
1/2 tsp salt
Night 2 Recipe:
2 to 4 chicken breasts
1/2 to 1 cup of fresh green beans
1/2 to 1 cup of cubed sweet potatoes or butternut squash (prefer butternut)
Handful of small medley potatoes cut into small pieces
1 Pkg zesty Italian dressing mix
3 Tbs of olive oil
