Ingredients:

– Whole Wheat Flour
* 2 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
* 1 tsp salt
* 1/2 cup oil (avocado oil, extra virgin olive oil…)
*1 cup warm water

– Quesadilla Filling
* 1/4 cup cheese
* 8 oz grilled chicken
* shredded lettuce
* Salsa
* low fat greek yogurt (plain)
