Today’s video covers 2 weeks out from first show of the season, but more importantly, a grocery haul consisting of low calorie, low carbohydrate, high volume, nutrient dense, healthy foods! That’s a mouthful! Here is a list of what I found at the grocery store today:
Ice cream: Halo Top/ Enlightened/ Arctic Zero
Tofu: Shirataki noodles (10 calories per serving)
Vegan cheese/ fat free cheese
Soup/marinara/Bolthouse farms salad dressings
Veggies (cucumber, peppers, lettuce, spinach, mixed greens, portabellas, hearts of palm, water chestnuts)
Strawberries and greek yogurt dip!
Zero Calorie/ Low Calorie beverages to curb hunger and appetites
Low Calorie Coffee drinks to add to my protein shakes
Gallon Jugs of water and flavored water
