Ingredients:
1: Bran Fusilli 250 gm
2: Pink Salt To Taste
3: Black Pepper to Taste
4: Mixed Italian Herbs 1 Tsp
5: 1.5 Cup Shredded Cabbage
6: 1 cup Sliced Carrots
7: 1 Sliced Spring Onion’
8: 1 cup sliced capsicum
9: 2 Tbsp Ketchup
10: Olive Oil
11: 1 Tbsp Garlic Paste
12: 1 Cup Chicken Chunks
13: Vinegar 2 Tsp
14: Soya Sauce 3 Tsp
Method:
1: Boil Bran Fusilli and set aside.
2: In a wok saute garlic paste , add chicken , Salt , Black Pepper , Italian Herbs , vinegar & Soya Sauce.
3: When Chicken cooks fully add all the veggies and Ketchup and steam them for 10 min.
4: Add Fusilli when all veggies are soft.
5: Mix well & enjoy
