How to make Open Toast Sandwich
INGREDIENTS
1 tablespoon bombay rava / semolina / sooji
4 tablespoon curd / yogurt
1 green chilli, finely chopped
2 onions, finely chopped garlic
Garlic Powder
Ginger Powder
Italian Herb
Oregano Powder
Salt

In a small mixing bowl take rava, and curd . Then add ginger and garlic powder, Italian herb, oregano powder salt, crushed chilli.
Combine all the ingredients well and make a batter. Rest for 10-15 minutes or till rava turns soft.
Further add 1 green chilli and 2 tbsp onions.
Now spread rava batter over bread slice.
Toast it over hot tawa.
Once the rava side bread roasts well, turn over.
Roast the bread till it turns golden and crisp.
Cut the rava toast and serve.
