2. LADY’S FINGER 1/4 KG
3. TURMERIC POWDER 1 TSP, ASAFOETIDA 2 TSP, SALT TO TASTE
4. RED CHILLY 3 NOS, CORIANDER SEEDS 2 TBSP, TOOR DHAL 2 TBSP, CUMIN SEEDS 1 TBSP, COCONUT 2 PIECES, GINGER 1 PIECE, ONION 1 NO, ALL FINELY GROUND INTO PASTE
5. MUSTARD, URAD DHAL AND 2 CHILLIES FOR SEASONING
6. CURRY LEAVES AND CORIANDER LEAVES FOR GARNISHING
