Vlog Month 5 – The impact of Corona Lockdown has hit hard this month, 500 Calorie diet is still going well but gym workout motivation is at a low!

THE BASICS…..
I eat ‘normal’ most days, no more than my man-ly 2500 calories however they come.
Try not to eat after 9pm (I stay up real late).
Try not to eat sweet treat at all where I can.
Beer not allowed more than 1 or 2 days a week…..hey life has to be fun right?
Go to gym a couple of time a week. (Approx 3 hours strength, 1 hour cardio.)
On 2 days a week, I stick to approx 500 calorie per day. I’m experimenting with different food types…this video log is to share the results, and keep things interesting 🙂
