After living in the lovely south of India for more than 4 years, I often relished an infinite variety of Idlis for mornings. One of my most liked styles were steamed in a leaf & stuffed Idli.
So here’s bringing a (combined version) super easy stuffed Idli with my very healthy spinach chutney & it’s ‘jugaad’, very easy, super quick and it involves paper cups. Yes, let’s watch.
