These are the best vegan/glutenfree/plant-based cookies I have EVER had, I knew I needed to share the recipe.
Here’s what you’re gonna need:
WET INDREDIENTS
3/4 cup of GF oat flour
3/4 cup of GF rolled oats
3/4 tsp of baking soda
1/4 tsp of salt
DRY INGREDIENTS
1/4 cup of coconut sugar
1/4 cup of maple syrup
2 TBSP almond butter
2 TBSP avocado oil
1 tsp of vanilla extract
MIX INS
1/2 bar of vegan chocolate
salt flakes
