Broken Wheat Salad / Low on Calories / High on Fibre and protein / Daliya Salad Recipe

– Wash and soak 1 1/2 cup daliya on boiled(hot) water for 30 minutes
– Add the following ingredients and mix well
– Carrot 1 cup
– Boiled corns 1 cup
– Chick Peas 1 cup
– Capsicum 1/2 cup
– Tomato 2/3 cup
– Green grams 3/4 cup
– Green onions 1 cup
– Grapes 1 cup
– Coriander leaves 1/4 cup
– Spinach 1 cup
– Black pepper powder 1/2 tbsp
– Salt to taste
– Roasted cumin powder 1 tbsp
– Extra virgin olive oil / mustard oil 2 tbsp
– Serve and enjoy
