You know how much I love desserts and how hard I try to make it healthy. Today, I am going to make this delicious pudding, which happens to be one of my favourite desserts.To make it healthier, I am going to use whole wheat bread which will provide energy and keep you fuller for longer and also add maple syrup which means “ NO refined sugar” . And to top it up with some more deliciousness, we are going to use Nutralite Classic which has 0% Cholesterol and is rich in Omega 3. #TastyThursday #SwasthRahoMastRaho
