Hey everyone! In today’s video I’m showing you 5 easy and healthy breakfast ideas. These breakfast meals are easy to make and the perfect fuel you will need to help you power through the day! The first idea I’m sharing is a Protein Pancake. I love making this on leg workout days, since I burn so many calories and need lots of protein to fuel me up! The second idea is a Breakfast Sandwich. This sandwich is a healthier alternative to a fast food breakfast sandwich and super delicious! The next idea is a Breakfast Smoothie. My kids love this smoothie! It’s the perfect combo of good fats and protein! The next breakfast idea is a Chia Seed Pudding. Chia seeds are an excellent source of omega-3 fatty acids, they are rich in antioxidants, and they provide fiber, iron, and calcium. Soaked chia seeds are easier to digest and the nutrients are better absorbed. It will also help to keep you full longer! The last breakfast idea I’m going to share with you is a high protein cereal. I love Nature’s Path cereal because they use quality ingredients. The first ingredient in the cereal I’m using is Kamut, which is high in protein.
