So many of you have enjoyed my anti inflammatory diet meal plan and have asked me to share more anti-inflammatory recipes for how to reduce inflammation so I wanted to share with you 3 of my absolute fave anti-inflammatory drinks.

For these drinks, I’m looking to increase my daily intake of powerful anti inflammatory foods, like apple cider vinegar, ginger, turmeric, pepper, lemon, and water. They not only help me control inflammation, but they’re also really tasty!

ANTI-INFLAMMATORY DRINK RECIPES

ACV Elixir

4 cups cold water
1-2 tbsp raw apple cider vinegar
1/2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1/8 tsp ground ginger
1/8 tsp ground cinnamon
1/16 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tbsp raw honey (optional)

Golden Milk

2 cups coconut milk
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon raw honey
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1/2-inch cube fresh ginger, peeled

Lemon Ginger Turmeric Tea (Iced or Hot)

6 cups water
1/2 lemon, sliced
1-inch ginger root, peeled and chopped
1/8 tsp ground turmeric
1/8 tsp ground cinnamon
1 1/2 tbsp raw honey
