You won’t believe how easy it is to make homemade whole wheat bread! This recipe bakes up soft and is perfect for sandwiches.
INGREDIENTS:
250g Bread Flour
50g wholemeal flour
3g yeast: instant or active dry
40g Sugar
30g Butter
1g salt
150g water/milk
1 egg
1. start by put all the ingredients in the mixer (except water and butter)
2. Slowly add water in until it form a rough dough
3. Knead for 2 minutes then check the texture, take a small part and gently stretch it.
4. Add butter in then manually mixed it up, knead for another 10 minutes.
5. Take it out from the mixer and gently tap it into a nice soft ball.
6. Place it in the Oven for 45 minutes or until it proofed to double in size
7. Divide into three small portion, tap one by one into nice circle shape.
8. flattened it into rectangle shape by using rolling pin, then roll it up then repeat the second times. Placed it nicely into the greased loaf pan.
9. Leave it in the Oven for 20 minutes.
10. Baked at 180degree at 20 minutes (depends on your oven then adjust yourself), remember to cover with aluminium foil after 10 minutes to avoid the top part over toasted.
11. Let it cool for 10 minutes, remove from the pan then served.
