Hi guys! Today, I am sharing a tasty healthy avocado paneer (cottage cheese) toasty sandwich recipe with you all. This sandwich can be a good partner in your weight loss journey because it is made with no oil no butter, also I am using sprouted brown bread in this, you can use any bread of your choice.

Ingredients
• 1 ripe avocado, cut the avocado, de-seed it, then scoop it out with the spoon. Mash it slightly with the fork.
• 2 tbsp chopped tomato
• 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
• 1 tsp lemon juice
• ½ tsp salt or according to your taste
• ½ tsp roasted cumin powder
• ½ tsp chopped onion, you can add more if you want
• 2 tsp crumbled paneer (cottage cheese)
• 2-3 sliced cucumbers
• Sprinkle some oregano
• Some greens (Kale, Spinach, Arugula, etc.)
