In this video I share with you my favorite HIGH PROTEIN, Vegan Raspberry Pie recipe which is super delicious, healthy and low in calories. Make sure to watch it and make it next time you are craving something sweet!
INGREDIENTS:
100g Oats
60g Protein Powder
70g Dates
300g Raspberries
20g Erythol (Optional)
RECIPE:
Pre-heart the oven to 225°C/440°F and then add the raspberries and erythol to a baking dish and spread it out evenly, then add the remaining ingredients to a food processor with 150ml of water and mix until everything is well incorporated. When done, crumble the crust mix over the raspberries, finally bake the pie in the middle of the oven for around 20 minutes.
