Ingredients
1 cup moong Dhuli Daal
1/2 inch Ginger
1 green chilli
1/2 tsp Eno blue wala/ Baking soda
Curd
Amchoor ki chutney
Green chutney
Salt and spices
Method
First wash and soak Daal for 5-6 hours. Now churn it in mixer grinder. Add salt and Eno .Steam in Idly stand for 6-7 min.
Take a serving plate, place bhalle and put curd and chutneys, salt and spices.
Serve chilled
