Bread Crust Pizza | Quick Pizza | Bread Pizza | Egg Pizza

Easy and healthy recipe. Kids will enjoy it.

Ingredients:
Bread crust – 1 bowl
Eggs – 3
Chopped red pepper – 1 small cup
Sliced onions – 1 small cup
Finely sliced cabbage – 1 small cup
Chilli flakes – 1 tsp
Oregano – 1 tsp
Paprika powder – 1 tsp
Coriander leaves
Mozzarella cheese – 1 small cup
Salt – to taste

Steps:

1. Cut the bread crust into small cubes.
2. Break and whisk three eggs, then add onions, cabbage, red pepper.
3. Add salt, half tsp of chilli flakes, half tsp of oregano, and little paprika powder and mix all together with egg mixture.
4. Pour the mixture into a greased medium-hot pan and spread evenly. Add little coriander leaves
5. Then add all the remaining spices and put the bread cubes.
6. Cover the bread cubes with grated mozzarella cheese and add the remaining coriander leaves.
7. Drizzle some oil and close the lid(make sure cook on medium flame)
8. Once the cheese starts melting separate the edges from the pan and flip upside down using a plate or chopping board.
9. Then cook for 2 minutes and transfer into a plate for serving.
