Salem Special pori mix is the third recipe.No one can refuse to eat it.we pori that is puffed rice is the main ingredient in this recipe.in shops they will use red chutni (chilli chutni) and green chutni (mint,coriender & green chilli chutni).instead here we use garam masala,chilli powder,pepper powder,turmeric powder,salt here.coconut oil is is the flavoring ingredient in this recipe,don’t skip the coconut oil.you can add finely chopped garlic(soak this garlic in coconut oil for atleast 1 hour).
