This meal is one of the kit we got from Chef’s plate. It’s pretty easy to make and yet so delicious. I also added some substitutes if you don’t have the same ingredients available. The recipe card are all in grams but I gave a rough estimate in cups if you don’t have a weighing scale at home. In the kit, they provided sour cream but as a vegan option I used Silk Plain Coconut Yogurt that tastes just the same. Also, if you’re not into spicy food you can easily adjust the amount of chipotle you can add or you can just omit it.
