Protein Cool Whip:
300g Unsweetened Almond Milk
33g Protein
10g Sugar Free Jell-o
10g Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
12g Coconut Flour
6g Xantham Gum
20 oz ICE for Cool whip, 40-60oz Ice for Ice Cream
-Put all Ingredients in a blender.
-Blend on High for 20 seconds and then switch to LOW for 3-8 Minutes.
-May have to add COLD water at the 4-5 Min mark if consistency looks to thick!
