Vegetarians can substitute egg with Paneer & can have it. I have only added green chilies as I don’t like spices much but you can add different masalas/spices. You can also boiled the eggs and then can add it in masala.

You can twist and turn this recipe as per your choice. Just make sure not to use too much of oil or butter. It will add unnecessary calories. And also go for multigrain brown bread as it has more fiber content
