Here is a simple way to make healthy and filling snacks that anyone will love! They taste just like muffins that you would buy but are much healthier. They could also be made into keto muffins if you use almond flour.

You will need:
Bacon (or ham)
1 2/3 cups cheese
1/3 cup butter
1 egg
1 cup milk
2 1/3 cups of flour (we used whole wheat flour)
3 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
a pinch of sea salt
