3 tbsp overnight soaked oats
(instant oats soke for 10 mins )
1 small carrot
1/4th cup mango pulp
1 tbsp soaked chia seeds( or sabja seeds)
2 tsp jeggery powder
pinch of cinnamon powder
some pumpkin seeds(optional)
